Minimum Order
Payment Options
We accept payment by credit card / debit card* over the net, or by cheque or postal order or International Money Order (in £ Sterling) through the post.
You also have the option to telephone or fax your payment details to us. See Contact Details page for our telephone and fax numbers.
Please note that we will not process your credit card payment / cash your cheque until we despatch your order, in case the stock is not available at the time of your order. We will notify you immediately regarding availability.
*We cannot accept American Express or Diners Club.
Security
We use secure servers for maximum security to protect the information that you provide to us. It is more likely that your credit card details will be taken and fraudulently used when handing it over in a restaurant or other high street shopping use!
Our UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland) postage and packing rates are based on the sum total value of your order. Pricing is divided into the following bands:
Standard Delivery (One to ten working days)
Where possible first class Royal Mail will be used.
Up to £25 total order value = £1.50
£25 - £50 total order value = £2.00
Order value over £50 = Free Delivery
Delivery Schedule / Back Orders
Your order will be despatched on receipt of payment, providing the item is in stock.
If it is not in stock, we will immediately advise you of the estimated timescale. You then have the opportunity to cancel the order if you do not wish to wait. Where possible, we will expect to be able to send out special order items within 14 days of order, although we reserve the right to allow up to 28 days.
If you order the wrong item by mistake, please return it to us unopened and undamaged within 28 days of receipt and we will either refund the purchase price, or send the correct item, (any cost difference will be refunded or charged, as appropriate).
If your order is found to be damaged during transit, please return it to us and we will either refund the purchase price, or send a replacement item at your request.
Your cancellation rights enable you to cancel the order up to seven days after delivery, providing you notify us immediately and the item(s) is / are returned to us unopened and in good condition within fourteen days.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please advise us as soon as possible if you have any complaint about our service. Any complaints notified to us will be dealt with immediately and will endeavour to reach a resolution within five working days. We will keep you informed regarding the progress of your complaint.
