Minimum Order

We operate a minimum order level of £8.50 including postage and packing.

Payment Options

We accept payment by credit card / debit card* over the net, or by cheque or postal order or International Money Order (in £ Sterling) through the post.

You also have the option to telephone or fax your payment details to us. See Contact Details page for our telephone and fax numbers.

Please note that we will not process your credit card payment / cash your cheque until we despatch your order, in case the stock is not available at the time of your order. We will notify you immediately regarding availability.

*We cannot accept American Express or Diners Club.

Security
We use SSL and PGP encryption for maximum security to protect the information that you provide to us. It is more likely that your credit card details will be taken and fraudulently used when handing it over in a restaurant or other high street shopping use!

Shipping and Handling

Our UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland) postage and packing rates are based on the sum total value of the models you order. Pricing is divided into the following bands:

Standard Delivery (One to ten working days)
Up to £15 total order value = £2.00

£15 - £30 total order value = £3.00

£30 - £45 total order value = £4.50

£45 - £60 total order value = £4.00

Order value over £60 = Free Delivery - NOTE - this may be 'next working day' or 'standard parcels' (delivery from 3 days) - We will let you know how it will be delivered. There must be someone to sign for the parcel if it is sent next day. If no-one is going to be available, please indicate 'Standard Parcels' in the message box in the order process or why not send it to a work address?

Next Working Day Delivery (subject to availability and orders placed before 12 noon)
Up to £25 total order value = £6.00

Over £25 total order value = £7.50

International deliveries (inc BFPO and Eire) will be charged at current rates applicable at time of despatch. Unfortunately we cannot offer free postage for international orders, but we offer a £5 reduction on the cost of postage for orders over £60. Next day delivery overseas is usually prohibitively expensive / impossible. An estimate only is given on the site. We will confirm the exact cost before despatch.

Pre-order Postage Cost

The value of Pre-order items will not be included in the total order value. Postage will be charged according to the above costs at time of despatch. We will charge item value and postage cost for pre-order items as and when they are despatched. If the value of pre-ordered items would take the order value into the free delivery bracket [£60], we can delay sending out the order until all of the items on the order are available. We will contact you if the order value would qualify in this case.

Delivery Schedule / Back Orders

Your order will be despatched on receipt of payment, providing the item is in stock.

If it is not in stock, we will immediately advise you of the estimated timescale. You then have the opportunity to cancel the order if you do not wish to wait. Where possible, we will expect to be able to send out special order items within 14 days of order, although we reserve the right to allow up to 28 days.

We have a large stock list and some products may have been sold before your order is placed. Replacement stock may no longer be available from manufacturers, particularly for items stated as 'De-listed'. If we cannot fulfil your order for this reason, we will not take payment, return / refund your payment immediately.
If you have selected next day delivery, and the order or some of the items within it are not available we will send the available items on Next Working Day Delivery and the remaining items will be sent by Standard Delivery unless requested otherwise at extra cost.

If paying through the post, your order will be reserved for a period of seven days while awaiting your payment.

Paint and Glue
Paint numbers, where available, are provided for guidance only and are the manufacturers suggestion.

Paint and glue are not supplied with the models unless otherwise specified.

Glue and knives can only be sold to customers aged over 18 years old. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm that you are aged over 18 years.

Airbrush Propellant Cannisters
Due to Postal Regulations, we are unable to send airbrush cannisters by Standard Delivery. Next Day Delivery must be used for these items. The minimum hazardous goods distribution cost is £6 unless your order value is greater than £45 (which costs £5), or over £60 (when Free Delivery applies) where your order will be delivered by our carrier.

Customer Satisfaction

If you order the wrong model by mistake, please return it to us unopened and undamaged within 28 days of receipt and we will either refund the purchase price, or send the correct item, (any cost difference will be refunded or charged, as appropriate).

If your order is found to be damaged during transit, please return it to us and we will either refund the purchase price, or send a replacement item at your request.

Your cancellation rights enable you to cancel the order up to seven days after delivery, providing you notify us immediately and the model(s) is / are returned to us unopened and in good condition within fourteen days.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please advise us as soon as possible if you have any complaint about our service. Any complaints notified to us will be dealt with immediately and will endeavour to reach a resolution within five working days. We will keep you informed regarding the progress of your complaint.
