Who are Models2U?

Models2U™ was created in 2000 by Jon and Carolyn and has grown immensely since our early pioneering days.
Jon is a modeller (from childhood days!) and found it harder and harder to find a reliable and friendly shop with a full range of models. Many of the local model shops had moved away from plastic models towards die-cast cars, radio-control and trains. That's where Models2U™ was born!
 Our customers can be assured that there is a friendly welcome.
We don't mind answering your questions about the products because we know that it is not as easy to visualise a model on a web site as it is to hold it in your hands.
We answer email, letters and phone calls and our phone lines are open from 0800 - 2230, seven days a week. 
The web shop is open for orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We don't operate a High Street shop, but visits to our store can be pre-arranged.
With around 3,000 items in stock, on our shelves, it usually amazes our visitors!

I would just like to say how friendly and efficient these guys are. I was sitting at my desk searching for paints online. “Bing”, went my inbox, a reply (at 10 in the evening!) to an email I had sent earlier. It was the owners informing me that the new aqua color paints, which I had been waiting on for ages to be available, were then being uploaded to their site for purchase! So of course I ordered straight away. How’s that for customer relations! If only my local model shops, yes “shops”, would stock these paints. Oh well, their loss is Models2U and my gain.
